Unfortunately, what is not mentioned is that Fiona got service on the same day as her quote was given, failed to pay her bill on time, and even now, six months later, a large portion remains unpaid. Tradesmen beware of completing work for this homeowner unless you are prepared to make numerous phone calls pursuing payment. This client thinks she can dictate what SHE wants to pay rather than what has to be paid as per the quote."
