Hi, We have a house we are buying and the builders report identified some areas of concern. We are looking to get an estimate for the vendors and have the issues fixed before we move in. Issues are below: The toilet pipe is leaking, and moisture is visible on the pipe, ground and joist. this needs urgent attention Silicon around bath lip is poor Slightly high Moisture meter reading below the Kitchen sink .80 Hoping to get a rough estimate of cost to repair over the weekend so we can negotiate with the vendor.
