Drainage problem in backyard

Our backyard gets flooded with heavy rain and doesn't soak away easily as we have clay soil. We are in the process of relaying lawn and want to fix the drainage problem before we do this. We need a drainlayer who can come and inspect our site and quote the job. We require this quite urgently. I have attached a photo of the area after days of heavy rain.
