Replace kitchen sink and mixer tap

Would like a new stainless steel sink and new mixer tap fitted to replace existing items. Present sink is small ( --- above work surface) and would like a larger sink with large and small bowls. Most seem to be shown as --- . This would mean enlarging the cut out that is present. There is space to do this over the dishwasher. Mixer tap should be a high with a pull down section. Not sure of the water pressure part or the specs required for this item. Think we have mains pressure on cold and gravity on hot, also a wetback system. If required I can purchase the sink and also the mixer with a bit of advice. Would like the job completed in a reasonable time-frame. Look forward to hearing from you.
