Job description

Drainlaying
Waikato

I am in the process of getting a shed designed and built on my property in Te Kauwhata. *I would like to get you to quote for the works which needs a registered drainlayer to sign off. If you can complete all works including trenches and the drainage lines, cespit + novacoil then please let me know. Otherwise I will organise another company to complete the drainage/cespit works and/or dig all the trenches needed to lay pipes for septic + storm water . I have attached a few docs to show the design and details of runs I need. Perhaps your technician could stop past and see the proposed site before we get into the quote process? *There are a few details + questions as below. *Is it allowable to run all the drainage, stormwater + septic lines before council build consent is obtained? Only for lines outside the slab footprint? I also have a query with WaikatoDC to see if this is allowable from their point of veiw, hopefully some feedback within 5 business days. *The Novacoil/novaflow runs beside driveway, emptying into a Cespit. Hard-piped lines from Cespit into current drainage lines. Please note I already have plenty of 20/40 drainage metal on site for the nova drain. *I have attached a document showing detail for the drainage, septic + stormwater lines needed, shown for quotation purposes. Probably easier/less busy to keep the stormwater on the opposite side of the shed to the drainage as thats where it connects into the water tank? If this is incorrect and it is better to run everything in 1 trench on the same side of the shed please advise. I have put an approximate length for the cespit drainage hard pipe line to meet the current drainage lines as I am unsure exactly where they run but it is within 4-8m. Also please price to connect into the 2 lines (drainage + septic) with appropriate flow enabling/encouraging junctions. *You can follow link here to find photos of the original drainage installed. --- few things like the septic discharge line are not the same as the AS LAID detail. I have shown the approx run for this septic discharge on the word doc in yellow. *The trench into the septic line will also be quite busy as there is drainage, stormwater + electrical in this area but should all be well identified. *Timeframes: If allowable before build consent issued, would it be possible to get these pipes laid before Christmas? If not then before the end of January? I intend to depart NZ in late Jan to early Feb for 2-3 months for work and would like to get this done first if possible. *There could be further work for fitting out the bathroom inside of the shed but for now lets just concentrate on these outside lines. *Anything further needed let me know. Cheers Sam
