Alter water supply to 2 toilets

We have 2 toilets currently on a farm water supply which have led to significant staining on the porcelain. Can we please have these altered to tap into our house tank supply, ideally with an option to change back to farm supply if needed (I.e tank running low in summer) The tank supply runs to the taps in the bathroom so am hoping only a few m of new pipe will be needed for each toilet.
