Bathroom and Kitchen renovation + HWC upgrade

I am looking to renovate my rental property from the dates --- until --- . Will be needing a plumber to: - Come cap off tapware in the bathroom and kitchen at beginning of the job, - Upgrade Hot water cyclinder (not sure if this house even has one - 1930's original build with coal range) - Supply and install tapware for 1x kitchen sink, 1x bathroom vanity, 1x shower unit. - Upgrade 2x toilets in property. Would like to meet up on site at the end of this week for the cap off and to get a quote and ideally begin this weekend.
