Build a std size double garage

Fairly flat section in Raglan, would like a double garage on concrete pad, price with/without internal lining. Two ranch sliders instead of garage doors and external side door. Small area framed off in rear corner and plumbed for vanity/toilet/shower (which we would install). Power points in various locations.
