Install new hot water cylinder

We would like our new cylinder plumbed in by our water pump in the basement/downstairs of our house. The original hot water cylinder is on the first floor, and we would like the new one plumbed in directly underneath it, or wherever is easiest. Would be great if you could remove the old cylinder too. Thanks.
