Plumbing issues and water collection system

Hi, We recently moved into our house and have a few repairs we'd like done (water not draining properly from showers and dishwasher, downpipe spewing water in heavy rain and some spouting repairs), installing a back up water tank (replacing an existing back up tank) and pump, and a general overhaul of the water collection/storage system. We are also considering installing a UV filter and any other recommended devices to improve water collection and quality.
