Chris was on time, however it took him only 16 min to complete the job. Therefore price charged incl a $20 washer was exorbitant.

"Thank you for your feedback. Please refer back to the invoice which states the washer was charged at $10 not $20 stated on this review. The 16 mins on site does not include the travel time to and from our Mt Maunganui base to Ohauiti in peak hour traffic for the 8am appt, or any paperwork involved. Our rate of $75 is very competitive in the market, you were charged the minimum of 1hour in total, please note this invoices includes 15% GST therefore net of $105.00"
