Bath mixer

Finish installing a bath mixer. Was started by another tradesman but not happy as keep having leaks at outlet when pressure tested copper and crox nut and nothing was mounted level or straight. Asked for mixer tobe mounted lower as spout folds and wanted to to clear mixer but he cut pipes to short :( at moment outlet points towards left. If possible would like outlet to be mounted slightly higher. Could lead to more work installing vanity, shower and bath
