Job description
Relocateable 2 bedroom weatherboard house in Maungatapu requires replumbing. Will require a new hot water cylinder . No change to bathroom or kitchen service layout. Easy (clean underfloor access) and house is currently uninhabited. Drainage/stormwater/water services in place. All hardware purchased except hot water cylinder. Thank you.
