Our tenants have messaged us that there is a bad smell coming from outside of their bathroom. The toilet is flushing well, no trouble there, but outside by the bathroom they are getting a bad smell. We just need someone to check on this to see what it is. The property is a rural property with a septic tank, but this is a fair distance from where this smell is coming from.
