Concrete water tank needs cleaning out. I'm unsure if there is a manhole as it is a couple of meters off of the ground. This is fed by the Redwood Water Scheme. I inadvertently drained the tank irrigating/cleaning/washing yesterday and now brown sludge is still coming through.
