Need to get a soak pit percolation test done per NZ Building Code E1 for building consent on a property in the Catlins. I've already got a drainlayer contracted to do the rainwater and septic system install who has done a wastewater report but perc tests aren't something he's willing to carry out so I need someone to carry this out asap.
