New drains for a new wee tiny house

Lay 45m (approx.) of new drains (sewer, stormwater) and water pipe between the boundary and the new wee tiny house - including connecting them to all the outfalls as shown on the photos. Connections: 1x toilet 1x shower 1x hand wash basin 1x kitchen sink 4x stormwater outfalls 1x water inlet All drainage to comply with AS/NZS3500. Works to be carried out or supervised by a Certified Drainlayer. Statement of Work to be provided (details will be submitted to Southland District Council before the job is commenced). The council will inspect the work before the pipes are buried. Building consent has been obtained so work can be commenced any time - the sooner the better. To avoid doubt, connecting the pipes to the council's pipes is not a part of this job.
