Shower moved on 1st March

Changing a shower to a shower over bath. Need mixer and shower inlet moved to other corner wall and a diverter mixer installed for bath. Can be carried out any time on 1st of march

Installing a new trap with 2 inlets

I have a machine snd a separate dryer so I require 2 drain inlets but the trap installed only has one. I have tried buying adapters but then the trap does not fit the drain. I believe it’s a small job but I lack the knowledge for it. Currently it’s sitting open as unsure which trap to buy. Pictures attached

Toilet Gasket / Seal Replacement

The house was built in 2017. The left side of the toilet bowl is physically dry BUT the building inspector's moisture detector shows it is wet. I am not sure how much this one so please let me know when you contact me He believes that it's the toilet gasket needs replacement

We need to plumb in a new fridge, it arrives in 2 weeks but would like to have the connection done by then, or near to then. Obviously we are happy to wait longer if needed given the time of year and the fact that we don't need the plumbing done for the fridge to work. Cap an artesian well

The well is currently capped off with a tap. There is a t off below the tap and this feeds to next door property. There is very low water pressure so the well needs to be capped off properly for permanent closure. An alternative would be to cap off with a single tap and close off the t junction permanently

Bidet connection

4 toilets need bidet installation. I don't see any pipes outside. It appears the water source is from the wall directly inside the water tank, You may need to do a hole in water tank to get the bidet pipe out but you may find better way as I am not an expert. I will attach photos of the bidet and toilet.

Kitchen water leak

Leaking water pipe in our kitchen, somewhere under the workbench unit. Water has seeped under the vinyl planks on the floor, lifting them. Have instigated claim with AMI, they sent R C Jameson Builder out to inspect. He tested for moisture under the planking, positive result, said we had to get the leak fixed first before they would repair the flooring. We will be paying for this, so you do not deal with AMI.
