Blocked sink

I have a kitchen sink that's blocked and draining very slowly. I've tried various septic safe cleaners, checked traps and put a hose up it and down it with no luck. It is a 40mm pipe under the slab with very little fall and about 8ms to the gully trap. It may require a small water blaster, a snake, a camera to find the problem etc I'd like someone as soon as possible please to clear it - I'm home after 3pm daily.
