Toilet washer repair

We have a toilet that has an in-wall cistern. Currently the toilet is 'trickling' constantly and I assume some washers need replacing. You can get access to the cistern from a cupboard behind. How much to fix this on this one toilet please? We also have another two toilets (all installed 15 years ago) with the same cistern (access through an A4 removable panel with the push buttons), so what would it cost to do all 3 at the same time to ensure this doesn't recur?
