Insinkerator installation

We won a new large new Evolution 200 Insinkerator that needs to be installed. There is a electrical socket in the cupboard but the shelving will need to be removed to fit it in. There is also a overflow pipe from the main sink that will need to be blocked off and pipe removed to fit the unit in. (Overflow can go into the mini sink next to it). There is also an air switch that needs installing (preferably in the cupboard to keep away from water on the bench).
