Bathroom renovation + house extension

Stage 1 (ensuite)- I need relocation of a wingback for a w/c (moves approx 500mm) + 2 wingbacks for a vanity as part of ensuite refurbishment (these move about 1M). Supply / Install in-wall vent pipe for this w/c Separate feeds Hot and cold are also required to service a small nearby w/c and handbasin area measuring about 1200 sq. Provision also needed for an external garden tap off the South wall of this area. Supply / install external vent-pipe for this w/c Stage 2 Install new w/c's (supplied by client) post gib lining to above areas Install new Vanity to ensuite - Vanity and tapware supplied by client Install new hand-basin to small w/c area - hand-basin and tapware supplied by client

Performance generally OK on this job. .. . Subsequent work by an employee / subcontractor to Rex Beazer on another job outside Builders Crack was a disappointment. In fairness to Rex Beazer, and after some dialogue, he acknowledges that he was let down by this employee/sub-contractor whose engagement on work of this type he has since discontinued.
