Full house plumbing refit

Hi all, we are doing quite a large renovation to our holiday home in Raetihi, by Mt Ruapehu, where we are shifting the bathroom to where the laundry used to be. We previously had a header tank in the ceiling that we intend to remove. The builder has already done most of his required work, so all the walls are open. We need a plumber to remove the shower base and wetback so the builder can demolish the fireplace. We also need new plumbing throughout the house (to the now bathroom/ ex laundry, and now kitchen/ ex bathroom). This includes a new location for the toilet. We would like gas water heating but if you are able to do the plumbing and not gas, we can find someone else for gas fitting. Consented plan attached. There’s not a massive rush but in the next couple of months would be ideal. Thank you!
