New house build, plumbing, gas infinity, drain laying and pump station

There are 2 houses being built (same design just different roof layout) so the winning bid will have the opportunity to do the second house too. From the pictures attached, please look at LOT2 which is the current build. Connections to stormwater, fresh water & pressure hose for waste is all present on the boundary ready for connection, see pictures attached. 1. To supply & install/commission Ecoflow EOne 2010iP Grinder Pump System and sewer drainage from sub-division connection to all fixtures (incl RDC insp). (I already have the pricing for this unit, if you need this to make your assessment $10k incl GST) 2. To supply & install Acuflow meter box and valve, MDPE water line from boundary to house, hot and cold water to all fixtures (incl 2 x hose tap), and meet with RDC for pre-line insp. 3. To supply & install LPG Rinnai EF24 gas continuous water heater and issue cert of compliance. 4. To fit off all fixtures and test. 5. To install five downpipes and storm water drain to creek connection. All to completion for signoff from council.
