I’m starting a build in Ohakune, in a couple of weeks the earthworks will begin for the foundation, however our plumber has fallen through due to covid19. Page 3 shows the services on the boundary and page 6 shows the required drain laying and plumbing, however misses the laundry sink / washing machine outlets in the drawing but tub is supplied. You will also note a gas hot water system and where the gas bottles are to be located, again the infinity and regulator will be supplied, so just needs fit off and COC. The house comes with all the interior fittings and (outside) downpipes, I just need the drain laying done and for them to be fitted off and connected to the street services. The only things not marked off is for outside taps, if we could add 2, they would be near the gas bottle side of the house and again on the top left of the house, or at least 1 at gas bottles. I was quoted $13,600 incl GST for the job to be completed. If this is something you can help with, I would be very grateful.
