Water In/Out supply for Dishwasher

I would like to install a dishwasher on a side of the kitchen that has no water supply. The sink is on the opposite side of the kitchen (approx 2.5m away) I would like a cold water supply to be installed under the floor and to the back of the dishwasher. The wastewater can be directed straight to the outside drain. The house is on piles approx 60cm high. In the photo, the dishwasher is to go between the fridge and stove on the left.
