Many drips, new kitchen taps [and if possible, and heat pump installation]

I have dripping taps in bathrooms, and I may have a leak in my water heater. I've got a new tap I would like installed in my kitchen. If you can do it, I have a heat pump that needs to be installed, but this job can wait a while.
