Water & Sewer Connection - Subdivision property

Hi there I'm doing a sub-division of my property. As a part of the Rotorua Council requirements, I'm looking for a quote for the following works to be done by RDC approved contractor - New Water connection to the new lot - New Wastewater connection to the new lot - While doing the above work, additional pipes needed for telephone, electricity & gas.
