Increase hot water to the house

I’ve noticed a significant drop in available hot water to the house from the hot water tank. The pressure from the water to switch on the pump is also not as sensitive as before. The house has no gas access. The heater is electric 300 liters. I need a plumber to assess the situation and see what can be changed or installed to provide more hot water.
