Install new toilet, move laundry

Hi, we have a small room in our garage that is currently our laundry, we want to install a toilet there and move the laundry next to hot water cylinder. There should be very minimal pluming for next to the hot water cylinder as there is already overflow plumbing in place, but we'd need to confirm that it is an okay size for washing machine. This is only a plumbing job, all carpentry work and tidy up is excluded. Job won't be done until maybe Dec/Jan, but need to get a reasonable quote so we can plan for it.
