Drainage

Very flat section and after heavy rain water ponds and takes some time to soak away. Been excessively bad these last few weeks at the back of the house which has lawn and paving stones and I am concerned it will flood downstairs. Not helped by a garden along fence line which previous owners had put in. Water travels down RH side of house to this back area and can’t escape. Water has been a lot higher than in pics attached. Also high tides are a factor with the drains in the area. Haven’t put price estimate as I don’t know what the job will entail!
