Toilet has started to take too long to fill after flushing - multiple minutes. The toilet does not have a faucet behind it, so can't adjust it there. Underneath house the valve looks like it's set to full (attached pic). Any tips or estimated cost for job would be appreciated. Red Beach, Rodney area.
