The water tank is underground in a private house with a water pump just inside the garage door. To save on the cost of waste water (at the moment a fixed charge), water use needs to be measured through a specific type of meter, installed on the outside of the house which can be read by Watercare. The meter must comply with Watercare's requirements. The work must be done by a certified plumber.
