Drainage and Landscaping
Job description
We need to have new drainage installed to reduce surface water build up. There is a storm drain on the shared driveway which could be used to channel the excess water to. The drainage would be ±20 metres. Once this has been completed, we would also require an old shed to be removed as well as some trees and rubble, and the ground leveled out. As part of the drainage work we foresee the need for a small retaining wall to be built on the side of the property. There are also a few small tress that will need to be removed from the side of the property. Before any work can commence we would require the removal a cement water tank. We do not use it and it came with the property when we purchased it. The removal of the tank would make it easier to access the part of the property were the work needs to be done. Please contact us so that we can arrange a time for you to have a look and provide us with a quote. Ideally, we require this work to completed within the next 2 months as we have other work to be done on site which is dependent on the completion of this part of the project.
