A few odd jobs

A few jobs - 1/ Replace mixer tap on Klensa brand laundry tub. The spout has split underneath. Not sure if you can replace just the spout or the whole mixer. 2/ Kitchen mixer has an intermittent leak and needs fixing. 3/ Bathroom sink taps need checking and washers replaced (hot and cold taps). One tap may need replacement ? 4/ Water pressure seems low and hot water could be a little bit hotter. Suggestions? 5/ Intermittent bad smell outside house. Have been told this is probably our drains. Possible high pressure hose ?? Quotes please.
