Connect existing house to a new manhole as attached to existing waste water. Connect a stormwater to existing stormwater 800mm in neighbours section Run new waste water for front lot and connect to new manhole. From Surveyors I have spoken with WSL inspectors and what we propose is acceptable. Attached is the WSL standard for a 675mm wet chamber. Use this over the existing connection and then lay away up to the front lot in private. This can be done on the building consent you have for the rear house as it is shown on these plans. The chamber in the detail cannot be more than 0.90m deep.
