Leak in plumbing in roof causing wetspot oN ceiling

Appears that there is a leak in the plumbing that goes into ensuite. Water damage on ceiling where the leak is. 99% sure it is caused by something wrong in the join where the pipe goes down to the ensuite. Have a video from when the house was being built and can see it is exactly where the pipe is in neighbouring ensuite. Have checked roof and everything intact, no missing screws, etc. Looking for a quote to fix the leak and repair the ceiling/drywall damage.
