"Sorry what made you change your review 1 month after the fact ? I booked you in straight away what was scheduled? And communicated straight away , workmanship was put to a 4 as I know something went through your old waterline and jammed the new valve to not close after I just left , I'm so confused why you would rank so poorly when I came back the same day to fix the issue, when you live over an hour away without charging to drive out to you , thanks for that"
