Replace Hot Water Cylinder with either a newer unit or continuous gas system

Currently have a Low-pressure 180L hot water cylinder which is currently gravity fed from a 100l? header tank in the roof space. Very poor hot water pressure and flow rate and currently header tank is overflowing (suspect issue with float) so want to get rid of the entire system and replace with something more suitable. Not in a rush, so can work wait for a quieter period too. 2-storey house, hot-water cylinder is currently 2nd storey in a cupboard. External wall downstairs behind laundry has easy access to pipes too. Located within Bulls township.
