Job description

Renovation & Repair
Porirua

Plumbing involved with installation of a new sink and single tap for a laundry room. 1970s house. The room is on a timber floor with a high subfloor underneath as per the photos. New sink needs a new downpipe as we want to push the washing machine up against the wall. The new downpipe hole is maybe 300mm from the existing. Plumbing associated with this as required but possibly suitable to connect into the existing downpipe in the subfloor. TBC. I will remove the existing wall linings to expose the existing water pipes. Plumbing required for connecting existing water pipes to the new single tap over a new laundry bench I will be installing. We have the utility, sink and taps ready to go and would like to do the work as soon as possible and ideally in the next 1-4 weeks. I would just need some noticed to clear out the room and open up the existing gib wall to expose the water pipes. We also would like to install a new toilet and in the next 6 weeks are looking at some renovations to the kitchen which I can discuss separately. This posting is just for the laundry work.
