Remove and reinstall toilet for regib behind

Some mould has been uncovered when wallpaper removed from WC. Job is to uninstall toilet, cut out and regib behind (must supply builder if needed) and reinstall the toilet. Will also need to advise if this can be done in one day as this is the only toilet.
