A terrible experience! Alex is the owner/contractor she has a couple of plumbers working for her who are pretty friendly & do a good job. Alex was nice at first but soon turned into a not so nice person to deal with, she was very unreasonable when I showed concern that the job may not be completed, after I sent Alex a few emails & photos she still insisted the the part we found was not required for the shower screen. I had to call the manufacturer before she agreed for the plumber to return.

"completely unfair & untruthful. What occurred was : stated she had all fixtures including bath & then started calling on Saturday after booking us for Monday. Tried to sort in my time. Plumber arrived & was asked to carry out work outside the scope & when questioned blamed builders / other contractors. further time wasted due to fixtures not there With part, plumber tried to call as promised & no answer. Rcvd her message, investig & arranged to return. Customer wanted extra work but FOC"
