Laundry tub removal and checking wall for water damage

Moved into house and want the laundry tub removed as it is surplus to requirements and taking up too much space (and then there will be room for the front loader washing machine I want). When the tub is out would like a piece taken out of the partially mouldy chipboard wall behind the tub and check to see if there's water damage behind it. Then want the pipes and taps to be tidied up. Hoping this can all be done by one tradesman, plumber/builder, not sure which is needed.
