Fault in water supply

Hi there Recently water has emerged from underneath carport paving. Only a small amount of water but constant regardless of rain. Paving now starting to sink in certain areas. Wellington Water have inspected the leak and believe that it is due to a fault in our water supply from the toby into our property. I have attached photos of the leak and since the photos were taken some of the pavers have been removed. I have also attached two photos of the water and sewer services onto the property. The water appears clean and doesn't smell. Urgently require a plumber to identify the source of the leak and discuss best way to fix it.
