Digging (and removal of dirt from site) required to lay drainage behind property

Property in Paremata, that is cut into hill. ACCESS is tight (buckets and/or conveyer belt required) House has concrete first floor (Slab and walls), during heavy rain. Water runs down the bank and is accessing the garage through the concrete. The width of the house (8) requires digging and laying of drainage. This job can be for both, or just to dig. There appears to be existing drainage (Kitchen, downpipes) approx 2 metres from where the new drain would terminate) The house is tenanted so will require notice to enter. The left side (as you look from the road) has already been dug out (and piping laid) and other than a few rogue rocks, the dirt was not that difficult to move.
