Plumbing Fit out for a Granny Flat

We are seeking the help of a registered plumber with preline plumbing( frames and roof are up) for a granny flat. Work involves 1) Connecting 20mm pipe( supplied) to an existing outdoor tap using a 3 way connector and an elbow up to the building envelope as the inlet. 2) Laying pipes( hot and cold, and waste) as per for preline plumbing, for shower toilet basin and sink and gas line( off lpg cylinder) to a26 Infiinty Califont and to gas hob in kitchen(supplied plan ) The califont needs to be attached to the framing. 3) Connecting waste outlet PVC to HDPE inlet( signed off by drainlayer) would need a pvc to hdpe connector. 4) Returning to connect sink tap, bathroom tap, hob,toilet, shower rail. 5)Paperwork for council CCC We are on a budget of 7k all up the work, so if you are able to start in 2 weeks time, please get in touch.
