Existing cabinet needs to go. New cabinet, bench top, sink and tap to be installed. Cabinet is assembled, bench top/sink need to be attached and the plumbing work done. Existing set up has two taps, one for sink and one for washer. Looking to reduce to one set like the one pictured.
