Remove old plumbing from kitchen. Then install new plumbing at a later date.

We're upgrading our kitchen and laundry and need the plumbing disconnected so that we can remove the old cabinets. Once everything is in, we'd also need the new kitchen & laundry sinks plumbed back up. The new kitchen sink will be in a different spot to the old one.
