Caved in tank top and broken pipe.

Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me. While checking the water level of the tank I inadvertently caved in the top of my tank. This then caused the pipe connecting the tank with the garage to crack. When I tried to duck tape the pipe it just disintegrated as it was very brittle. Do you do repairs like this (I am not really a DIY person)? Or can you recommend some who would do this sort of work. Thanks Sean Valvoi
