I am looking for a Certified Drainlayer to tidy up and consolidate the drainage along the side of my house. I have already excavated the area and all pipes are fully exposed (see attached photo).
Scope of Work:
Gully Trap (ORG) Removal: Decommission and remove the two gully traps marked with red Xs.
Wastewater Redirection: Divert the existing waste pipe (marked with the green arrow) into the remaining gully trap.
Lower Existing Gully: The remaining gully trap needs to be lowered to sit below the new patio/surface level.
Stormwater Sump Installation: Supply and install a compact stormwater sump (catchpit) at the location marked in blue.
Stormwater Connection: Connect this new sump directly to the existing white stormwater pipe (the pipe closest to the blue line).
Site Status:
All pipes are exposed.
Soil is excavated and ready for work.
Easy access.
